Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-27. These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Grecotipster named below.

1. What Grecotipster is

Grecotipster is a sports value intelligence platform. It provides sports-market analysis and information: it identifies sports-market prices that its methods calculate to be above their break-even price, and it keeps a public, timestamped record of every result. The record and the break-even prices are published; how the methods work is not.

Grecotipster does not accept wagers, hold customer betting funds, operate a sportsbook, execute bets, determine stakes, or require you to use a particular bookmaker. We don't place your bets. We don't manage your money. We don't tell you how much to stake. We show you the numbers and you decide.

We receive no commission or payment of any kind from any bookmaker, and we do not name, rank or recommend bookmakers.

The pre-match account. Our public pre-match account is a paper account: no real money is staked and no bet is placed with any bookmaker. It is the forward test of our backtested analysis — it follows every value bet the method finds, recorded before kick-off at the price the bookmaker offered and never edited afterwards — and it is shown both at a flat stake and at a Kelly-based stake. Both views exist solely to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the analysis and how a starting bankroll survives under each method. Neither is a recommendation of what you should stake; your stake is always your own decision.

2. Who may use it

• You must be 21 or older. Greek law does not allow anyone under 21 to take part in online gambling, and this service exists to inform betting decisions. We close any account we learn belongs to someone under 21.
• You are responsible for making sure that using this service, and any betting you choose to do, is lawful where you are. Where betting is illegal for you, do not use Grecotipster to bet.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Information, not advice — and no guarantee

• Everything on Grecotipster is general information about sports-market prices. It is not financial, investment or betting advice, and it is not a recommendation to bet on any event, with any bookmaker, or any amount.
• Betting involves the risk of losing money. A signal can lose. A method with a positive historical record can lose over any period, including a long one. Past and historical performance — including every figure on our evidence pages — does not guarantee future results.
• Prices change constantly and differ between bookmakers. The price you can actually get may be different from the one shown, and a signal may no longer be value by the time you see it. Whether a price is still worth taking is your judgement.
• We work hard to be accurate, but data feeds can be late, incomplete or wrong. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Your decisions are yours

Whether you bet, where, at what price and how much is entirely your decision and your responsibility. Any losses you incur are yours. Please read the responsible gambling section below.

5. Free access and subscriptions

While we build the public live record, access is free. When paid plans open, the prices shown on the Pricing page apply, and the following terms cover them:

• Prices are final and include VAT. You are charged when you subscribe and then every month on the same date, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your Subscription page (click your email address at the top of the site). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No refunds. Payments are not refunded. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• Free. A new account gets 3 days of full access — pre-match and live signals, and the private Telegram channel — with no card. When the 3 days end nothing is charged; to continue, choose Pro or Pro Live.
• Changing plan. Upgrading from Pro to Pro Live starts Pro Live at once: you pay only the price difference for the days left in your current month, and the Pro Live price from your usual renewal date. Switching from Pro Live to Pro takes effect at your next renewal: you keep Pro Live until then and pay nothing on the day you switch.
• If a renewal payment fails we retry it, and access continues for a short grace period before it ends.
• We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
• A receipt is issued and emailed automatically for every payment, and kept on your Subscription page.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider on its own secure page. We never receive your full card number or security code — only the card type and last four digits, which the provider reports and your receipt shows.

6. Immediate start and the right of withdrawal

By law, a consumer who buys online normally has 14 days to withdraw from a contract. Your subscription starts the moment you pay: at checkout you ask us to start it straight away and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. We record that request, and your receipt confirms it.

• So there is no refund if you change your mind. Cancel from your Subscription page at any time: you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

7. Fair use

• Signals and content are for your own personal use. Do not resell, republish, share or redistribute them — including forwarding the live channel or its invitation links.
• Do not scrape, copy in bulk, reverse-engineer, or access the service by automated means, and do not try to get around access controls.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after telling you why where the law requires it.

8. Our content

The site, its software, texts, graphics and data compilations belong to the operator or its licensors and are protected by law. Using the service does not give you any ownership of them.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for betting decisions you make or their outcome, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury — and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law or the service changes. The version date at the top shows the current one. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we tell you in advance and you may cancel before it applies.

11. Governing law and complaints

• These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country.
• Tell us first — most problems are solved quickly. If we cannot resolve a complaint, consumers in Greece may contact the Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr), an independent out-of-court dispute resolution body.
